Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original packaging

Products must be unused and in resalable condition

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@zorarain.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue
We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
